Celebrations will be begin at Oshawa City Hall with the official flag raising ceremony, followed by a reception and buffet at the Northern Portugal Cultural Centre.
Price: $15.
All proceeds from this event go to the Magellan Community Foundation, a home for Portuguese speaking seniors.
